ROCK HILL, S.C. – A jury has found a former Rock Hill police officer not guilty of assaulting a man during a controversial arrest.
The jury disagreed with prosecutors that former officer Jonathan Moreno went too far in his confrontation with Travis Price.
Moreno says he deemed Price a threat to law enforcement during in the incident from last June.
