Weather Headlines:
– Warming up with increasing rain the second half of the week.
– Watching Sunday for a possible wintry mix – BIG model disagreement here.
Mostly clear and cold again tonight with low temperatures in the low 30s. As an area of high pressure slides away, a cold front inches closer. Clouds will increase through the day on Wednesday with temperatures in the upper 50s, hovering near 60 for some. Showers will be scattered late Wednesday into Thursday before more widespread rain moves in on Friday. The mountains will likely get 1-2” of rain with 0.50-1” likely across the Piedmont. Temperatures drop in wake of Fridays cold front with highs in the upper 40s. We are once again watching for the potential of a wintry mix on Sunday. As of 4:30 PM Tuesday, models are in complete disagreement. It may happen, it may not. For now, we watch.

Wednesday: Increasing clouds. High: 58. Wind: SE 5-10.

Have a wonderful week!
