ROCK HILL, S.C. – A Winthrop University student says a man sexually assaulted her inside her dorm room.
The man is in his early 20’s, around six feet tall, with brown hair, and blue eyes.
The woman told police the assault happened around 10:00 a.m. last Tuesday at Phelps Hall.
Winthrop officials do not believe the suspect is affiliated with the school.
